Meet Marika Sevin, Esq.

Marika Sevin, Esq. specializes in serving real estate agents, investors, lenders, buyers, and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. With a background as a former litigator and mediator, she excels at identifying risks and devising creative solutions for title issues and other transaction hurdles. Marika takes a comprehensive approach to legal problems, considering both legal and business perspectives to achieve optimal outcomes.

In addition to title services, Marika offers expertise in various aspects of real estate transactions, including for sale by owner deals, lease drafting and review, easement agreements, business formation, contract drafting and review, representation for buying or selling properties, loan document preparation, power of attorney, deed preparation, and other title curative documentation.

Marika holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and graduated with honors from Florida Coastal School of Law. She was a staff editor of the Law Review, a distinguished member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and a member of the National Order of Scribes for excellence in legal writing.

A member of The Florida Bar and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, Marika is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is affiliated with the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors and the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of Realtors.

Outside of her legal practice, Marika enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, boating, and exploring nature with her children.
